12 Songs: Love Hurts, Vol. 2
You could make a pretty good case that nearly every song written has an origin story that starts with a broken heart. It’s a pretty good art prompt. And whether you’re well acquainted with love lost or love found, been cheated or cheated, music soothes, comforts; it stabs, bleeds, scabs, heals. Repeat as needed.
This week is Valentine’s Day so we thought it’d be fun to revisit this banger playlist our friend and former music editor Maya Eslami made and then add to the collection with Volume 2.
