New Music: Listen to "Alien Mask" by Chorduroy
I sometimes catch myself when I say there isn’t as much good music coming out these days. It’s not so much a problem that it isn’t being made, it’s being able to find it in the overwhelming mess that has become the internet. We don’t have as many reliable curators, so you just have to grab on when you hear it.
The dudes in Chorduory are from San Diego and make this delicious psych rock garage thing that’s prevalent, but they do it well. They also just took matters into their own hands and straight up send us this new tune, their new single “Alien Mask” and we’ll be damned if it doesn’t rip. I’ll say no more, listen and watch the new vid below. And don’t be surprised if you hear their tunes in some of our upcoming movies or seem em live at an upcoming IB Live, we’re all in.—Travis
