Anne Dos Santos was one of the most barreled women of 2023. After meeting filmmaker Shannon Hayes the two quickly became besties and embarked on a journey of epic proportions: a three week trip to Indonesia that turned extended months. The kind where every wrong turn leads you to your newfound treasure. They found plenty of good waves including pumping Nias.

While Anne is mostly known for her work on the big wave scene, this film showcases her in more rippable stuff, and we’re thoroughly impressed.

Anne and Shannon have been premiering their latest film Twenty Two and they’ve now put it online for the world to see.

Currently on the North Shore stacking clips and surrounding themselves with all the best people most of the winter, we have a feeling another incredible project is in the works. For now, enjoy this one of the 22-year-old duo in Indo.—Brandon
